There are requirements if you would like to play for one of our teams: U11, U12, U13, U15, & Adults (16+) *

Please see below the paperwork you must complete. Once you have filled out all the below documents, please send them across to us via email: fakenhambasketballclub@gmail.com

1. Purchase Basketball England (BE) License

2. Sign Code of Conduct

3. Sign Contract/Personal Details Form

4. Photography Consent Form

5. Pay £5 Sign Up Fee

*If you are not interested in playing for our teams, you must still purchase the BE License, sign the Code of Conduct, sign the Personal Details Form, and complete the Photography consent form in order to train with us.
